Masjid Projects

At Sayaban Welfare, we believe in the power of community and the importance of having a sacred space for worship.

Our mission is to build and renovate masajid (mosques) in areas where they are most needed, particularly in rural regions where access to purpose-built mosques is limited.

Starting from just £6000, you can fund the construction of a small masjid that can accommodate up to 50 congregants. This cost covers a complete masjid build, providing a much-needed place of worship for local communities.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, “Whoever builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build for him likewise in Paradise.” [Sahih Bukhari]. By contributing to the construction of a masjid, you are not only serving the immediate needs of a community but also investing in an ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah) that will benefit you in the Hereafter.

In another Hadith, the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, “Among what continues to accrue for a believer of his good works after death are the following: knowledge that he learned and then imparted to others, a pious child whom he left behind, a copy of the Qur’an that he left as a legacy, a mosque that he built…” [Sunan Ibn Majah].

Building a masjid is more than just constructing a physical structure; it’s about creating a spiritual home, a place of learning, and a hub for community activities. It’s about giving people a place where they can connect with their faith and with each other.

Join us in this noble cause. Donate today and help us build a masjid. Your contribution can make a significant difference in the lives of many and earn you immense rewards in this life and the next. Together, we can build more than just buildings; we can build communities, foster unity, and create lasting legacies.
